Update on my Mexico Hunting Trip
 

Some of you may have read my post during the deer contest about the bad time I had with an outfitter on a Mexico hunting trip. I just wanted to update everyone that the outfitter called me a couple of days ago and said he did not feel good about my hunting trip and offered to have me down this coming season free of charge. I accepted and am looking forward to a much better time than I had last season. The outfitter did this with no prompting from me, so I have to give him a lot of credit for recognizing a problem and making it right.

That's the mark of a good outfitter. I didn't hear about your trip but it's always nice to hear about someone who didn't get screwed. What are/were you hunting for?

No, but I have hunted that area. It is part of the South Texas Golden Triangle.
