I dont use a weapon,

I use a bow as my Wildlife harvest implement.

It depends on the season....

Bow season: My trusty, rugged ol' PSE Edge 1000C lefty bow.
Muzzleloader season: still use my bow. I don't own a MZ (yet).
General firearms: Either my Remington 870 12GA or my Marlin 30-30 w/scope.

But the overall favorite among all others? The 30-30. There is just something about it... It's legendary and a timeless classic. When I'm out in the thick woods and ridgetops with the 30-30, I feel something, like a strong bond. Like, I'm part of a long history of hunters walking the woods of Virginia with a 30-30! [8D]

I like using a bow the best. Longer season, pretty fall colors, better weather and the close up challenge.

A bow is my favorite weapon to hunt any 4 legged animals. A shotgun is my next favorite. I typically hunt turkeys and small game with a shotgun.
