I heard a story about when a guy shot a buck and he knew that it was dead because he could see the exit wound and yet it kept moving and he moved over to his right about 20 yards and saw that there was another buck with its antlers stuck with the dead buck and he shot the second one. Game warden didn't give him any trouble with it either, he said that he was just a lucky some of a gun to get in a situation like that.
I have heard another story where 2 bucks have gotten stuck together and one of them died and the other one was strong enough to just carry the other one around and finally the dead buck just rotted away and finally a guy killed the one that was still living and found him with the skull of the other buck still stuck in his antlers. I would love to see some pictures of that

I hate seeing those pics, b/c its always 2 huge bucks, and at least one seems to always die. I know there was a pair of stuck bucks found in Jersey County Il where i hunt, at the time they were found, there was only one still alive, and he was seen lifting the body of the other in the air and swinging him around trying to get himself loose. Before anyone could intervene the second buck died as well.
