In Michigan they did that once where it was only a one time deal in like 1975 or something and they costed alot of money but they get there tags for free the rest of their lives. My friend has one but I wasn't born until 20 years later! I heard of them though.

I had planned to get one for my 65th birthday, but they raised the price by $70, and I developed peripheral artery disease and can't walk a quarter mile without cramps. And that's with a total of 7 stents. I think I may start sellin' out. [X(]

got mine in Alabama about 20 years ago. never have to bother with it again. it's good for all game and fish but still need to buy Federal waterfowl stamps if you hunt them. best piece of hunting/fishing gear I ever got.
