13-point buck rescued from Lake Superior Harbor
Saw some video of this buck and he is pretty nice. Sounds like he survived at least for the moment.

Good story!
A similar thing happened in my area a couple of weeks ago, but instead of trying to rescue the deer the wardens shot it. The deer maybe would have had a chance if they had just left it alone[>:]

Man did that boy just get an education. I hope though that if he ever gets into an uncomfortable situation he doesn't go looking for a human to help him out again. Unless it's me he comes looking to and I just happen to be hunting at the time
