yea there are some dandy's running around in that area, and all the way over the mountian, i hate that he killed the deer but i really hate the news people calling him a hunter, the cusomers at that place will have vivid images of what that hunter did, that really helps give us a really nice big black eye, and that area has a lot of wealthy people living and shopping around there, it just really helps the average hunter so much being lumped into this kind of crap[:@].

TWRA released elk here in TN around 5 or 6 years ago... There has already been at least 4 or 5 shot. Either from mistaken for deer, eating crops, or just for braggin rights. There is some craziness out there.

Many of those people called Captain Johnson wanting to know why any hunter would risk so much in such a heavily populated area to mount an animal on his wall.
"I've been working 33 years and I've yet to answer that question. I think first of all the opportunity was there and maybe it was an ego thing of killing a big deer," he said. "This is truly a poacher, not a hunter that would do something like this," said Johnson.
