which state

If you could live in any state you wanted, with your decision being based entirely on your hunting, which state would you live in and why?

On the border land that joins Washington, Idaho and Canada. I could hunt and fish year around and never get tired of the variety.

Alaska, I have always wanted to live there. Hunt bear, moose, elk, which I have never done but want to. And some great fishing! Its the last great frontier!

I live in Mississippi and will probably never leave - our season starts Oct. 1 (bow) and ends Jan. 31, so we've got one of the longest seasons in the U.S. And we've got some really big deer too, though it's a well kept secret. Check out the Magnolia Records Program section of the MS. Dept. of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks at www.mdwfp.com. You'll see what I mean.;)

Montana for the deer, elk, and fishing. Some other ones though are saskatchewan, british columbia, and alaska.

From someone who used to live in Montana, I can tell you that the hunting and fishing are out of this world. There's not a day that goes by that I don't miss it.
