Deer Overpopulation
 

Hey,
Im just wondering bout what eveyone here thinks of the deer overpopulation everywhere.
Do you guys like it? Hate it because it brings in more hunters.
Any opinions Welcome

Well, it depends on where I am..... If I am in a place where there are lots of deer to choose from, then I get picky.... But that is on private property.;)

Its good for hunters but bad for everyone else. Its great cause there's more opportunity for hunters to harvest deer. But its also more opportunity for poachers. Its bad cause there's more auto accidents. Its bad for farmers & their crops. Its good if you're like me and you love just driving around looking for deer. Unfortunately where I hunt its getting WAY over crowded with hunters & poachers so its more difficult for someone without a lease (like me) to harvest a deer.

I like some hunters but we dont have over population in PA.

i like it because here in north alabama deer season is from Nov 20 until Jan 31 and the doe days are from Nov 20 until Jan 15. for almost 2 months we can kill 2 does a day or 1 buck and 1 doe a day and the last 2 weeks are bucks only...that is a lot of deer
