I would say about half of the total weight.

Once the bones and hide is gone.

Not seeing the deer I would guess around 50 lbs to 60 lbs.

Thats just a guestament.

But that is what I would think any ways

i shot a 120 lb dressed doe and i think we got 47 lbs of meat off it. we missed a little bit on the front shoulders, and didn't take a thing off the ribs or neck(hardly any there anyways) but she still had quite a bit of meat on her. alot of fat. bones, fat, and hide probably take up half

This year I ended up with 45% of meat from the total weight of my buck deboned of course. This is just to give you an idea but it depends on how well of a job you do cutting your meat and if there is allot of waste depending on where the deer was shot...

Trailer and others have it right. I trim the heck out of the meat and don't like any sinue or blue skin even on the hamburger so I get around 40 lbs for a 110 tp 120 pound deer.I usually also loose one front leg from the shot

a rule of thumb is generally you'll get 1/3 meat compared to the toatl weight of the animal.Taz
