Posting Pics

I know people are tired of this question, but can someone tell me how to post pics? I'm pretty computer stupid, so in laymans terms please!

You first have to have it uploaded on a site somewhere such as www.photobucket.com
then you put the URL address inbetween and that should work fine for you.
