GA Buck (Update More Pics)

I got my first nice buck on my camera. For me that is a good deer. I got a total of 5 pictures of him and they were all in the daytime this is the only one you get a good view of his rack though. My question is do you think he is an older deer and how many points do yall think he has and if you can tell how much he weighs. Thanks for any help hopefully i sized the image right this time too.

10 pt with small G1 forks. Tall Basket Rack. Cull Him. 21/2 yr old. 145pounder. Hope there's a larger one but he may score decent with the height he shows and both G1's even though they are forks look fairly symetrical. Needs a dietician to give him some mass booster.;)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it illegal to bait deer in GA even to take photos??? Nice deer anyway!

No it's not illegal to feed, just don't hunt within 200 yds. of food for at least 10 days after all traces are gone. DNR Ranger would be looking very closely at a setup like this and likely asking some hard questions if not just outright arresting anybody with a weapon within 200 yds. One of the Rangers I work with spent the better part of a month observing a baited area and finally catching the guy on a stand over the bait.
BTW, it looks like a 2 1/2 yr old that would likely field dress at about 110 pounds. Leave him for another 2 years and you might have a respectable deer. I checked in a 5 1/2 year old 11 pt. last week that field dressed 157 lbs 19 1/2" outside spread and 20 1/4" main beam.
Not huge, but better than average for a North Georgia mountain buck.
