Choke size for buckshot?
Im new to shotgunning for deer. What size choke should I use to shoot my buckshot out of? Would the full or xfull that I use for turkey hunting work ok, or is that too tight of a constriction?
Thanks

Usually buckshot patterns best with a more open choke. I would try a modified if I were you and see how it patterns. If it doesn't pattern well try an improved cylinder.

I use to use a 30" full choke Remington and it would throw a nice pattern. You need to try different name brand shells and different size shot to get you best pattern.
