Rattling success on border of PA & NY
I live on the border of PA and NY.I hunt both states. In NY I hunt in Chemung and Tioga counties and in PA it's Bradford county.
My question is how many hunters have had success rattling in Northern PA or Southern NY?
I've tried to call in buck but have never had any success.I've tried real antlers and rattling bags.
I was wondering if maybe too many doe to buck ratio is the reason?I've watched enough shows and have read enough about rattling to think I'm doing it right. Thanks for any help you can give me or success storys you have had.

i've had minor luck in the past but around here the buck to doe ratio is way out of wack so if and when you rattle do it gently don't try and all out fight that will just scare anything away
