creek bed hunting
I am hunting a wooded creek bed area that feeds into a small lake. There are doe everwhere, but tracking the bucks I have noticed that they are staying down in the creek and rarely come out of it. What is the best way to hunt a creek bed area?

Depends on how your hunting, this is very vague so ill imagine. If you stand hunting, then you need to get in there before the deer do, and hunt it that way. I actually sit in a dry creek bed with my bucket and bow and i could nail a doe when ever i want out of the honey hole. You can only hunti it when you have a good wind, what ever that may be, good luck

I am black powder hunting today and the rifle hunting when the season opens. I am going to get a pop up blind but until then I have a conceled spot that allows me to see up and down the creek at an elevated position.
