Hey man, glad your alright!....my dad is a heart surgeon and i remember him telling me a story about one guy he operated on who loved deer hunting. My dad said the recoil would open up his chest(which it would) and he would have to take atleast part of the season off...a while later when he went back for a checkup or whatever, he told my dad he was hunting so my dad was like ??? The guy had rigged up some thing that he could put on the butt of then gun and put that part against the tree so when he shot the recoil would go into his tree and not his chest...I figured i'd tell you cus maybe you can rig something up like that, that'd be awesome and you wouldnt have to miss a season...good luck and let us know

Geez, you're lucky to be alive. Good luck on a fast and painless recovery--I hope you get to go back out sooner than later. Take it easy, and be careful out there!
