I think your absolutely right lhook7. It was an amazing deer, that the landowner wanted to let grow one more year. I can't imagine passing a deer like that.

You have to pass big deer, if you want big deer in the future. Even if its a 170 or 180+" buck if hes not mature you better pass.

Dang is that thing a hog. No waitin for me to let it grow another year. Anything over 160 is a buck of a lifetime for probably 90%(or much, much less) of the hunters out there.

Put down the camera and get the gun!!!! Either that or put crosshairs on the lense so we can all get the feel for having a biggun in our sights!!!

Looks like a still grabbed from a video clip. I suspect no shot was taken because in the next frame all you can see is Mr. Big's rear as he exits stage right. He is, indeed, a whopper!!!
