Safety harness

Do you wear a safety harness when in you climber tree stand? ladder stand? lock-on stand?

Do you wear it going up the tree? coming down the tree?

Do you wear a full body harness?

Does anyone not wear a harness when in a tree stand?

i always wear a full harness. it seems like alot of extra work but consider what could happen
