It's not legal in Georgia but it happens all the time.We had a Game warden ask to set up a decoy on our lease.It was fine with us but told him to ask the land owner.What it boils down to these so called hunter are to lazy to hunt the ethical way.I have no use for these kind of people. Nope not legal in oregon either, you cant fire from a vehicle, or from or across a road unless you are a disabled hunter with a disabled hunting licence.

we had bein hunting some public land and one day we got there to find they wer puttin on a huge drive on it about twenty guys and shoot the standers were standin beside the truck and drinkin coffeee well we went to another spot and later came back jsut as they were leavin well we didnt see no point of gettin out since they drove it so we started home and got up the road a little peice and there they was running off a hill pullin a big buck off the hill and the gun was still pointin out the window they motioned us over and was like help us buddy we said WE CANT THE GAMEWARDEN IS RIGHT BEHIND US!!! LOL i never seen somebodies face go so white acually he wasnt but it was funny next time ill have the cell phone so i acutaly can call the dnr

Well i see it is not only in Michigan, that this happens, it been going on here ever since i started hunting, 35 years ago. I don't think it will ever change, unless the deer can shoot back, or hell freezes over.

I hate to hear that, I hope that people get caught for doing that. About your land, it is a good idea to get the boarding land owners to help.
