what type of knifes should I use

I was wondering what type of knifes I should use to cut up my deer. I have only gotten one deer since I started hunting and I had someone cut that deer up for me. I have a knife to gut the deer. When it comes down to the meat what should I use?

Since I bring it back home and have it hanging out behind my house, I use a very sharp small butcher knife. Super sharp and I stop to resharpen several times during the process.

I use Victorinox Boning knives. They are reasonable, non slip handles, steel very nicely and good quality.

The NEW Buck crosslock 183 is a wonderful folding knife/saw/guthook. Compact and does it all. Be sure to check it out before buying any knife.

I cut up, and bone my deer entirely with a Rapala fillet knife. I haven't found anything that works better.
