pop up blinds
Has anyone tried the various pop up blinds on the market and what do you think of them? I found some great areas to hunt but the ceiling is low and I'm going to try a ground blind.

RE: pop up blinds
I've hunted from an Ameristep Outhouse for several years now ,
and I love it . It's portable , hides your movement , protects you from the weather , and you don't even have to wear camo . I recently bought an Ameristep Trophy House so that my wife can hunt with me , so I needed a roomier blind . :) |
RE: pop up blinds
Have used an Ameristep Penthouse for four years now would
not hunt any other way or blind![8D] |

I have an outhouse also and it works good. But the next size up would be better for bow hunting.I think even Wal Mart has alot of their stuff now. They are alot cheaper now than when I got mine.Put a bucket or little folding stool in there and your all set.:)

RE: pop up blinds
first off i eat everything i shoot.there is absolutely no excuse for letting the animal just lay. the meat can always be donated as needy families would love to have it

RE: pop up blinds
I have a Eastmen Outfitters Carbon Pop Up. One of the less expensive ones but it is awesome to set up in seconds, has a small back back carrying case to make it easy to haul around, and has worked just fine with camoflauge and scent elimination for both deer and turkey. No complaints and one of the best hunting "stands" I have.
