RE: Was wondering what bows...

There are a lot of bowtech shooters, mattherws shooters, pse shooters(that's me) lots of hoyt shooters. I could name them all. We have a pretty diverse bunch of bow hunters here. If I had to guess what the highest percentage shot I would wager a bet that it's bowtech.

I shoot a Fred Bear TRX 32. I took first place on my first ever 3D tournament with it earlier this year. spanked them Mathews and bowtech boys. Ha Ha LOL. On another note I dont know one person who has a matthes or Bowtech that hasnt had some type of warranty work done to it, mainly problems with limbs.. I'll stick to brands that dont overly advertise, advertisment is expensive and I think quality suffers from it. I believe this on many products. Oil that goes in your truck is one of them.

I currently shoot PSE but by next season i will have either a Mathews or Hoyt. From the posts i have read seems like a majority of the bowhunters on here shoot Mathews, but then so does the rest of the world it seems. I have also used Bear, Browning and Martin bows over the years.

Dear hunter I don't know if this will help I shoot a fred bear as just like zrexpilot you know the 3-d champ he probably likes Ted nugent too just like me. (Fred Bear Song). Anyway when I was pickng out a new bow I used the in house target range to my advantage I shot at least 6 different bows don't feel bad to have them put rests on brand new bows so you can try them out. I think the key to finding a bow is finding one you feel comfortable with not matter the cost $199 or $599 there all going to kill if you can hit the target. You also need to experiment with all sorts of accessories again once you find the bow don't be afraid to have the dealer let you try different accessories before you buy them.

Currently shoot a Hoyt Cybertec. Really like it. Before that, Martin Cougar Speedflight. Really liked the Martin and shot it really well. Shot a Proline (? I think) as my first bow.
