I've got a set of the 8X30's and love them. My dad likes them so much that I rarely get to use them though. The only thing I'm not sure of is the 'Predator' part, where they are supposed to help in spotting animals out of the green. I can't really tell a difference myself, but maybe if I had a set of the non-Predators I'd be able to tell a difference. Other than that I would highly reccommend them.

there supposed to have a tint on it so you can pick out game easier. i didnt like them at all. i compared them to a pair of zeiss victory that a guide said were supposed to be similar . id put my money on the zeiss. that coating or whatever it is on the predators is anoying to my eyes i like to see clear sharp images.
