Like a bunch of guys have said its very deceiving in velvet. That velvet gives it a much larger appearance than what it is. I'd say the first is 3.5 to 4.5 and would go right at 130. The second is probably 2.5 and would go in the low 120's. Nice pics. Nice deer.

I don't think that either of these deer are a minute over 3 1/2 years old!
The first one is probably 3 1/2 and depending on the spread, which is hard to judge at that angle, probably 140 class.
The second one is probably 2 1/2 years old and 120 class. It is really hard to judge mass when they are in velvet. Neither of these bucks has reached their prime, so in a year or two they should be great bucks! For the area I hunt they'd both be great this season!

I think you guys are off here.
I believe the 10 pointer in the second pic to be a solid 3 1/2 this fall. Not very many 2 1/2 year olds would make P&Y. I believe this one would make P&Y. I would say low 130's gross.
I also think the 9 pointer is a solid mature buck. Look at his body. He has a thick neck and big head, not a skinny 2 1/2 year olds neck. I would venture to say up to a 4 1/2 year old buck with out a huge rack. I would say him to go about 120 inches gross.

It's difficult to tell by the pics, although they are great pics. In my opinion, both of these deer are at least 3 1/2 years old, and the first should gross in the mid 140's. The second in the mid to low 130's but, I could be way off, I've never tried to score a buck that was still in velvet.
