One buck rules
Can anyone tell me where I can find a website or page that details which states have a "One buck Rule" ?
A friend on another site says that most states have one , I say the states that do are in the minority . I would prefer a site or page that lists all states if possible , going to every F&G website would be a chore . Thanks ! :) |

RE: One buck rules
PA & OH are one buck.
I think NY is as well. WV is NOT! I don't know if there is a place to find exactly what you're looking for, but you can access all the states game commissions or DNR's via the web. |
RE: One buck rules
Indiana is a 1 buck state as well. Outdoor life may have something on this subject.

RE: One buck rules
NH is 1 buck
Maine is 1 buck unless you hunt an extended archery zone (2 small zones in the state) and then a second can be be taken but only by means of bow and arrow and only in the EA zone |
RE: One buck rules
In Texas it's broken down by county. We have several 1 buck areas.
Also the county in Arkansas (Baxter/Stone) I hunt is 1 buck. |
RE: One buck rules
As far as I know Illinois is 2 buck. Archery and gun combined. CH

RE: One buck rules
Does anyone know of a site that has all of the states on one list ?
I can go to the F&Gs for every state , but it seems a bit of work . [&:] |
RE: One buck rules
Here in Texas it depends on the county. There are 3 buck counties, 2 buck counties, and 1 buck counties.

RE: One buck rules
Arkansas has areas that are one buck and areas that are two bucks. (I'm in the 2 buck area:D). Also, in Mississippi you can kill multiple bucks. You can kill 2 in Illinois with a archery and a shotgun tag. That's the only ones that I know for sure.
