Here's a tip if you're lookin to save some $
I've been doin this for years, but you gotta have access to one. Instead of buying a treestand climbing stick and spending time screwing in the " not so safe screw in steps "
Take on old tv antenna tower , cut it to size and use it as a ladder to get into your stand.
I've used them just as is and some I have disguised with twig branches, leaves and camo tape. If it's still a shiny silver I would most def. take the time to dress it up. Like I said, you gotta have acess to one or know somone who has an old one. They're pretty hard to come by now, but if you can find one it's a lot cheaper than a climbing stick and much much safer than the screw in steps. Happy Hunting -----> CH

amazing i just completed two stands make from tv towers and rectangular tubing. and i must tell you they turned out great i have one out already and the other should go up this weekend
