I would shoot one in a heartbeat!
I shot a piebald doe a few years back with my bow also. She was about 3/4 white and looked like you poured a pitcher of hot chocolate down along her spine and it spilled down over her. Beautiful. I wish I'd have had the $ to get a full body mount....they are expensive(I hear ya FM). I got the hide tanned though and it looks great
Piebalds are actually fairly common where I hunt in WV. We see an avg of 1 new one every year. We've shot a few over the years, and one of my buddies son's killed a piebald spike 2 years ago (as his first buck ever). I have probably seen a dozen in my life, some really white...some mostly brown, and all have been does. Not sure why that is. His spike was the first piebald buck that's ever been seen up there.

Yes, I would shoot it. Its Mount would be displayed proudly like any other Whitetail & of course I would eat it too!
Like mentioned above - I've heard they are very apt to get sight problems & other diseases - get them before the coyotes do.

CAN ANYONE SAY " HELP ME LOAD THIS ALBINO DEER IN THE TRUCK"? I WOULD SHOOT IT. IT WOULD BE LIKE HAVING AN EXOTIC MOUNT. PASSING HIM UP WOULD BE LIKE PASSING UP A HUGE BUCK BECAUSE HIS RACK IS TO UNIQUE AND TOO BIG. TAKING AN ALBINO BUCK IS A CHANCE OF A LIFETIME. PLUS MOST ALBINOS ARE KILLED BY PREDATORS ANYWAY B/C OF THEIR LACK OF ABILITY TO BLEND WITH NATURE. LOL
