Default Hunting Clubs?

I'm curious about the number of hunters on this board who belong to hunting clubs (which provide access to land and game). If you do, what is the cost and what do you get for that money???

$1300 per year on a 3500 acre lease. About 17 members of which about 5 of us do 90% of the work. Plenty of deer and other game on the land.

The one i belong too leases a few acres and has permission to hunt most of the small farms in the area. We mostly do deer drives when we have enough members that day. The cost is 45.00 a year. We divide up the deer harvested during the 2 weeks of rifle/buck season and its each for his own during the rifle/doe season. It is a pretty good plan because even if you arent lucky enough to take a deer in the first 2 weeks you still get plenty of meat just for participating. I have hunted with them for about 13 years, and i plan on taking a year off to pursue a nice buck.

I have 2 different deer leases. The first one cost $4,500 per year. The pasture we lease is 5,400 acres and I share it with 3 other guys. The second lease that I have is a bussiness lease, me and 2 of my friends who also own a bussiness went in and leased a pasture on a different ranch, this lease is 7,300 acres. I havent hunted the second lease, we mainly just save it for our clients and there families, we let them go out and get 1 deer each and/or all the hogs they care to shoot.

My club charges 825.00 per year, this includes use of our 22 +bedroom room house from April to December. 1500 acres land that we lease with access to 1100 more and 70 acre parcel we own. Pently of deer, bear & turkeys. The land we lease is the (TEN MILE RIVER BOY SCOUT CAMP) you might know this land since we live not far from each other.
we just had a recruitment drive, not sure if any spots(bedrooms) are open.

I am paying 345.00 a year for about 1100 acres, with 15 members. It is laid out in a way that we are not crowding one another. we had more land and more members, but part of the land was sold, and a few "bad apple" members were culled! For the money, we have hunting rights, for any game huntable. We only deer hunt though, and this price is per-gun> No guests and no family! It works OK for me though, no one else in my family hunts anyway!
