Take your head and skin it first then remove the lower jaw bone, this is a little tricky the first time you do it but you'll soon learn how it's attached. Then get you a big 'ol pot and a propane burner so you can do this outside. Fill the pot with water and add some dish soap and bring it to a boil, put the head in there for around 2 hours or so bring it out and start scraping off all the meat that you can ,be carefull with the nose bones they like to fall off but thats ok you can glue them back on when your done. if you dont think the meat is tender enough or having trouble getting it off boil it a bit longer, anyway once you got most of the meat off dip it back in for about 10 minutes then take it out and pressure wash it. Thats the easiest way I found to really get it clean and to get all the brain out and all the nasal tissue. Once youve got it spotless with the pressure washer dump the water and fill it back up and add 2 bottles of peroxide and bring it to a boil, Tape the lower porsion of the horns up so they wont get bleached, put it back in the pot and boil for another 30 minutes in this peroxide solution, carefull not to get it to deep into the water cause it will bleach the horns white. Bring it out and let it dry in the sun for a day and it will be stone white, and you can be proud of what youve done.
