It hasnt changed much, the white rectangle is the house, about an inch over from the house to the left is a small blob, that is the pond.
Here is the map a tiny bit lower, see the HUGE strip of trees under the house area, that is where I think he would see most of his deer.

I'd start in three places:
1) out by the road at the end of that strip, looks like it's the only place around for them to cross. What is that, a pond on the other side?
2) where the pond sits next to the strip, go into the woods and look around that inside corner (on the other side), between that and the pond you should be able to put a stand and see some action.
3) at the other end of the strip from the road, looks like a nice bottleneck to me. don't know if he has permission to hunt there but i would set up just above (in that 2nd pic) where the two fields pinch in to the woods.
Looks like a good spot, should be some great hunting! Good luck!!!

The best spot would probably be to set up on the wood-line right behind the home over looking the strip of field in between the woods. Also, I would probably use a shotgun if possible considering the schools and houses in close proximity. I can be at this property in 7-minutes.

One thing creekhobo, if there's standing corn in there you won't be able to see across the corn field. Good plan if it's cut though, especially for the rut.
