85 days to go turkey fan you know most of the record bucks killed here in oh are killed the first week of bow season before the crowd showes up i do really well in the afternoon in early oct the big bucks still come out to eat feeding up for the rut where i hunt the early season the deer prefer hickory nuts to acorns we bumped some nice bucks last year feedin on hickory nuts during the rut we hunt where the does feed from late oct on the bucks start pushing the does around the last week of oct thru the first couple weeks of nov the does start changing where thay feed and roam when all the leaves fall and the grass is brown the deer start eating anything green like thorn bushes

Here in WI, we have until September 18th. The only problem is that is my anniversary. Hopefully the wife will understand.. That means 68 days left...

I just started bow-hunting a few years ago. Now I start preparing in January and I can't wait until season. I never knew how much I would "love" it.

80 days left gjp it sounds like you have the deer fever there is no cure the only treatment for it is to go deer huntin
