I say fake .....no wake on the sides of the deer. Plus a gator would take its kill to the bottom of the water.

I'm not positive, but it looks a lot like a croc instead of a gator. The picture is a little hazy to me.

It's not a gator,the nose is to thin.It may be a croc or caman(spl).
