Default My Deer Garden!!

Or plot whatever you want to call it. It consists of, Soy Beans, Corn, BuckWheat, Clover, Cain, Sunflowers, Alfalfa, and some other stuff, I forgot. What do u think. They all ready got half of the sunflowers ate. Man is this stuff looking prettty out there. Can't wait til season.

What size is your food plot? Have you thought about putting up a infrared game camera on your plot? There getting to be relatively inexpensive now and will really let you SEE what's going on in your plot. Will help you figure where to put your stand on that plot as well.

We've always planted mixtures but haven't quite taken it as far as you have...LOL. Have had good luck with a mixture of BuckWheat, Clovers, & winter wheat. Don't know where you are, but in NW Arkansas the BuckWheat does great throuout the summer but come the first frost and i'ts out of there. That's about when the winter wheat starts kicking in.
