Got my 2003 buck on the wall
 

Took almost 6 months exactly to get him back. I am very happy with how he looks and the spot on the wall looks like it was made just for him.

It's funny re-living all the memories of that hunt now........I am already well under way scouting and planning for this coming fall.

The timing is perfect because my dad and my brother are coming to stay with me for a week or so after the holiday and I wasn't sure he would be done.


I had to brighten the pics up a lot so the wall looks really bleached white behind him...........always seem to be brightening my pics lately......oh well, here he is.

Thanks guys.

I am really pleased with how he turned out and everyone that has seen him so far says he looks great.

He is in a room with a woodburning stove so I was told to dab some oil in the corners of his eyes a couple times a year to keep them from drying out. He recommended regular baseball glove oil. Anyone have a product they use??

;) Atlasman/that's what I call out foxing the fox, as I mentioned in a scouting post earlier. Yep, he's got that wise ol' look of a super trophy. Nice job, buddy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
