How many of you dip while deer hunting? Is it safe to or will deer be spooked?

why would it not be safe?as long as the smell is not foreign to the deer it should not spook them

I dip while hunting and usually don't have any problems.

Well , I have heard of people sucking on a apple, to hide their breath, why not smell like a tobaco barn.Will you kill a deer while dipping, probably, Will it be a wall hanger? It probably won't depend on on your choice of scoll or coppenhagen,but, your other hunting skills. Damn, if I wasn't afraid of losing my lower lip, I would still be dipping.I loved that Scoll. I kinda liked Pell Mell too, but gave that up long time ago.
