Best Batteries for game cams?

I have had a Moultrie Feeders Game Cam for about a month now and just bought a stealthcam mc2-g. I was just wondering if you guys had any opinions on which Batteries would give me the longest life.

I would recommend re-chargeable nickel-metal hydride batteries. Buy extra batteries so you can take freshly charged one to replace the run-down ones. They last about 2-4 months depending on the temperature.

I use them in my walkie-talkies, GPS, and Stealth cameras. I purchased 16 batteries & one charger for $90.00 at Radio Shack. It takes 3-4 hours to recahrge 4 of them.

I agree with hawgnman's suggestion on the rechargable's. If your buying disposable I'd recommend using lithum's and once you see the price of these little suckers [:'(] you'll agree re-chargable's are the way to go! Plain jane's will work but in the end you'll find your replacing batteries quickly or even ones that aren't truly dead just in case..it boils down to investment up front vs over time, IME it will safe you money in the longrun and peace of mind.
