There are USUALLY state laws about hitting deer, that the state is not liable for the damages to the car. That portion will get thrown out. Also, the drivers are not usually cited in a deer-vehicle accident, too bad these dorks weren't. Can NJ residents counter-sue PETA for wasting the state's resources?

It's too bad they don't use their time, energy, and money for something useful, like helping the poor and hungry people of the world. I guess anyone who thinks if we quit hunting the deer population will decrease is a little short on common sense. (maybe a whole bunch)

I share everyones amazement about PETA. We need to remember they aren't stupid , crazy or ignorant. They are SMART, dangerously so.
This case shows us just how far they will go to push thier adgenda . I think the state of NJ will win this one. I hope!!
