QDM man just bought farm north of us

Good news on our part. This local guy bought 200 acres north of my dads land. He is an avid hunter who doesn't let just anyone hunt on his land. He waits for the bigger deer and we have been practicing that also. The last two years I have seen more bucks than the previous 20 I have been hunting. That is a bit misleading because we hunted the far north my first 15 years of deer hunting.

That sounds like a great situation for you buckmine. Get to know him and share your views with him and get on the same page as to what you guys want to accomplish. You never know....you may just have another 200 acres to hunt some doe if he is willing.

Anytime anybody new buys property bordering were I hunt, we make a point to get to know them, they can be a valuable partner.
