EVERY TIME I GO TO MY STAND I HEAR SOME KIND OF STRANGE NOISE AND WHEN I APPROACH THE PLACE IT STOPS AND WHAT I USAULY FIND IS NOTHIN BUT BLACK FUR.THE SOUND SOUNDS LIKE A PERSON HAMMERING A GOAT INTO THE GROUND AND HOLDIN ITS NOSE.(SOMETIMES I SEE BLOOD)ANY IDEAS?

ROFL... Thats sounds prety scary I don't know if i'd go back there.
DId you happen to see any tracks around the general area? Maybe take a picture of the hair and tracks and post them. Take a look in your hunting regulations guide maybe you can find out in there. Hmm Could be boar. But blood? That bafflels me not to mention I can't hardly imagine what it would sound like hamering a goat into the ground.

In Mexico there is reputedly a creature called a Chupacabara, or Goat Sucker. I believe you are probably encountering its gringo cousin, the East Texas Goat Hammerer.;)

It's a black dog with the mange. The hammering sound is the dog scratching.
