This is my biggest buck to date shot in southern Ontario on the second day of the hunt. He field dressed at 235 and the rack scored 134 7/8.

Thanks Skeeter and Bobcat. Now that I got this posting pics thing down, it's kind of fun. Here's a few more that show the rack a bit better than the 1st pic and some info that I forgot. 11pt...split G2's and both main G2's were palmatted...both the main beams and the top of one of the G2 points had holes in them. I don't know what from, but it's a pretty cool character rack.

thanks jimbok61, but if you were talking about the kid with the picture. that was my brother he just took his 1st deer the past season and that was it. my 1st and second buck are on the 2nd page.

All I have to say is thank god for 4 wheelers!!!! :D We were hunting 1 1/2 miles back from the nearest road. We drove in most of the way and then walked about the last 300 yards into the stand. You should have seen that 4 wheeler droop with that buck on the back rack. LOL We guessed it to weigh about 260-270 on the hoof.

We were hunting about a half an hour north, northwest of Emo. Great country and people!!! I'll be back when I have a chance.

The only thing that would have made this experience any better, would have been taking it with my bow(my main love). But that certainly doesn't take away from the experience.

L.A., we wouldnt call where he was southern ontario,, more like nw ontario.

P.S. Stump,,,, youd taken your orange vest off right? blaze camo isnt legal, must be a solid block of orange. Stupid I know,, but thats just FYI for future reference.

cool nice looking rack stump,i like the split g2's.i got one this year and both the G2's are forked as well,will have pics soon when he comes home from the taxidermist.Im glad u had a good time here in ontario and congrats on the fine buck he is a bute:D

Thanks for all the good comments fellas. It was a great experience. The only tough part is that now I have a 134 7/8 standard or better to meet now. :D Unless there's an old ratty bodied boy that needs to be taken out. :D
