scared of hunting public land around here, to many crazy folks with guns for me

basic 10 pt with a few stickers if i would have taken the time and put a stand up he would of gave me a 50 yd. shot with a gun instead i thought about shooting myself for being lazy

158 B&C near perfect 10pt which was the largest all time typical muzzleloader buck in NJ until last year. It's now is in 2nd place by 1/2 inch. My friend shot it on public land. You never know where these big boys will show up.

Fortunately for me, most of the biggest whitetails I've seen have been on Public land, guess because I hunt it more than private land....the biggest buck I have to date came off of public land...I'll try to attach a pic of it sometime, when I'm not at work.

Hunted for 13years but never on public land. I have spotted a couple fields on public land. watched two atleast 10 pointers go at it for about 20 minutes. Thatwas pretty awesome. Other then that my cousin shot a 6 pointer off of public land. Not to shabby

Had the Montana state record whitetail 20 yrds from me in a snow storm 3 yrs ago, It had 200"s of mass. $%#&* Anything esle is like kissing your own sister, it just ain't the same, even to this day it feels like someone hit me in the stomach.
