RE: apple trees

In warm weather, the deer used to eat the fallen apples from my Dads trees. Once I saw a deer eating apples. When he was done, he wandered off toward the woods staggering from side to side. I guess they had started to ferment on the ground!

RE: apple trees

I hunted near a crab apple tree this year and the deer tore it up! There was always deer eating apples off the ground. I did miss a shot, but the deer still came back. Don't know why there aren't eating apples on your property.
