Your not supposed to hear in Jersey cause thats where there is supposed to be where some kind of contaminates are supposed to be according to the states biologists.

Heart yes, liver no! And you can keep the lungs to, of course there isn't much left of them after 180 grains of lead blow through them both.

instead of liver they should call it FRAM...thats what it does, filter out toxins and impurities;)
my dad eats a few a year but i cant get past the texture.. too grainy for me....now, wanna talk about gross, a friend of mine from illinois eats SQUIRREL BRAINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
