Another Taxadermy Question...

How much do you think two front legs would cost to have mounted upsidedown and bent to make a gun rack out of it? i have no clue where any taxidermists are around here so i dont know where to ask and if its really worth the drive out somewhere that has one..

Last time I heard of that it was about $75 here in the midwest. (That is mounted on an oak board.)

RE: Another Taxadermy Question...

Just call around to local taxidermist. One of my friends rubberbands them and sumerges them in salt for about 6 weeks. He has never had any problem with rot or bugs and has had them for years. Most taxidermist wouldn't recomment this and neither would I, but it's worth a shot.
