Both me and the guy that buthers my deer have electric meat grindres. So burger is definately some we do. We usually make it into either burgers, chili, taco's or taco salid, and my favorite, sausage or deer salmi.

We bought a grinder and do it ourselves - works great.

We'll use deer burger for tons of things....chili - tacos - burritos - pasta - burgers - shepards pie - bologna - basically anything that calls for hamburger.

I add in 30% beef to give it some fat content. I use it anyplace that ground meat is used. We don't buy any regular hamburger meat until this is all used up.[8D]

Chili. Stuffed mushrooms for sure! Can't show up at my brothers without them at holidays or sis-in-law will harvest me! LOL) Press into burgers. Meatballs for spaghetti and lasagna. Roll it out evenly and dehydrate for jerky.
