Hunting in Snow

We got 3 inches of snow last night what would be a good setup to sit tonight? I got a pine thicket and a bean feild on one side of the property and a standing corn field on the other.

I f the snow has stopped and it's clear the deer will be looking for food, but if it's still snowing I would hunt the closed cover such as creek bed's and bedding area's.

as long as its not snowing hard, hunt the food. if it is hard and windy, hunt the cover. i usually always have a food source in the middle of a thicket. over the spring get into some heavy cedars and clear and opening in the middle and start baiting it or plant some food. the deer are still protected by the cedars all around, yet you can set up in that little opening. works great year round. good luck!!
