Default My Kansas Non-Typical

Here is the whitetail I took earlier this week in Kansas with my Remington 700 in 300 Ultra Mag, topped with a 6.5-20X50 Leupold Vari-X III free standing at 100 yards while the deer was at a slow walk. He shot was slightly quartering away, the 180gr factory Remington load smashed the right shoulder, took out the heart and smashed the left shoulder.

Gross score is 160 1/8, weighed in excess of 250lbs.

You'll have to excuse the way I look, I had on three layers of clothes and was soaked except for my jeans and hat which I changed into after I took the deer. I haven't had a haircut in more than two months in preparation for the weather. No excuses for the ugly mug though.

Left Main Beam is 25 2/8's.
Right Main Beam is 23 2/8's.
Left G1 is 6 2/8's.
Right G1 is 9 3/8's.
Left G2 is 8 2/8's.
Right G2 is 7.
Left G3 is 10 3/8's

The rear abnormal is 6.
The other 2 abnormals are 3 2/8's each.

18 2/8" spread.

The smallest circumference mesurement was 3 5/8 on the left side, the largest 5 5/8.

The smallest circumference on the right is 4 4/8, the largest 6 1/8.

Congrats on the funky rack. Any signs of the injury that caused the deformity?

We poured over him when we caped him and chunked him out for jerky and couldn't find any injuries or old bullet wounds.

I plugged in the complete set of measurements including the the tip spread and outside spread and it gross scored a 185 with a 137.5 net on the Boone and Crockett website and placed 195th all time.

The pressure for a big buck is off of me, NOT!!!
