this is not a post about the ethics of baiting so please keep your opinions to yourself

for those who do bait what do you use and what works best for you?

corn
apples
sweetfeed
or what else
I fertilize the natural trees in my hunting areas. I fertilize those white oak acorn trees along with certain persimmon trees. Scott's has a wide selection of fertilizers for this very purpose.

I use an electric feeder with corn and the deer come to it pretty regularly. I've tried using some deer attractant pellets called Deer-Vour mixed with the corn and they really liked that, but the pellets kept jamming the electric feed spreader. So, I had to switch back to just corn. The pellets would probably be great just poured on the ground though.

Corn is the easiest for me and has been the most successful.

Apples usually work if you want spend 3 times as much

Good Hunting.
