slug gun scope
 

i just got a 20ga ultra slug hunter and i'm looking at scopes for this gun. it came with cantilever mount. i want to spend $200 or less on a scope, i saw simmons makes some but not sure what others are out there. anyone have any suggestions? thanks

Try a Swift, they are reasonable and decent optics

I use a Simmons Pro Diamond 4X shotgun scope and like it.I use it on my Winchester 1300.Last year I couldn't get it to sight in so I just used my rifled sights and I decided to try it again this year and boresighted it to the rifle sights on the slug barrel and I was done in two shots.It hit dead on.I don't know why it wouldn't sight in last year.I had the scope maxed out and it was still shooting 9" high.I also like to use it on my turkey gun but it's a little too much power.I bought it for 90$.

I have the same gun in 12ga .....I have a bushnell sportsman 1.5 - 4.5. Works great ....can get two out of three touching at 100yds ( well most of the time ). Its like $60...now if it were a rifle then spend the $200
