I shoot a Mossberg 835 with a fully rifled barrel and would like to put a scope on it a friend of mine recommended a simmons fixed 4x. what do you guys think?

I had put a Bushnell Sportsman on my Mossberg 500 and I was not happy with groupings at 100 yards. The scope is now on my 30-06 and doing fine.

Simmions I stay away from and I usually like Bushnell bettter.

I have the bushnell sportman 1.5-4.5 on my H&R and it works great
