Hey guys just shot a 200 pound female saturday at 65yards with a ml 3-50 pyrodex and a 240 grain prbullet Right through the hart, the bullet went in 3/4inch hole and came out 2inch hole,when i went to where i shot her i found a pudlle of diarria on the ground i thought i hit her in the gut, then i found blood and a touch of fur so i followed the trail and found her dead about 55yards from where i shot her. question has anyone shot a deer and have that reaction happen? Boy that muzzleloader t/c encore really has some knochdown power and the prbullet 240 grain deadcenter is awesome in accuracy and effect.

Most heart shots I' ve dealt with gun/bow the deer bolted hard until it piled up. This past year though I shot buck with the bow that only walked away slowly when in fact he was shot thru the heart.

I' ve had the deer leave some wet poop where I have shot them. This has happened with the bow and with the muzzleloader. It seems to be more for shots in the middle of the body rather than in the heart though. I shot a doe last year that left quite a mess where I shot her. Good hit though.

I never said poop before I had kids!

my pard shot a nice buck this year during powder season, he hit dead center heart and that deer ran 100 yard wide open. When he decided to give it up, he the deer cart rolled 3 times end over end.....But nothing in the rear end came out Howbout some pic' s...

I' ve had my share of heart shots, but never had one crap after I shot it...

Many heart shot deer take off like their tail was on fire and go like that until the drop. The ****s are a little unussuall though.
